We ensure that no details concerning our customers ideas, concepts or products will be passed on to a third party. Absolute discretion will be maintained on our part unless otherwise agreed. All paperwork for each job, which includes drawings, workpiece specs and programmes are kept securely, and unavailable to third parties, at ETM

We save all the programmes and blueprints from every job we complete, for accurate reproduction on repeat orders.

 

Generally we offer our customers a 14 day payment term, this is however suited to individual projects and capacities. Any project that entails us buying material to be used, will be liable to a 50% deposit, this includes major and long-term projects. We will not start working on the specific project until payment of the deposit has been settled.
